Be the forward-deployed strategist who turns complex business problems into wins
As Fluxion's first commercial hire, you'll embed with design partners like a strategic consultant: build financial models alongside CFOs and FP&A teams, prove value through rigorous analysis, and turn wins into reference-able customers that unlock the next wave of growth.
This combines strategic advisory with sales execution. You'll build pipeline, close enterprise deals, and embed with customers to prove value while shaping Fluxion's growth strategy and international expansion beyond the Nordics.
This role lives at the intersection of business acumen, financial modelling mastery, and client hands. If you bring all three, you'll have unusual leverage to shape how Fluxion scales from design partners to market leader.
What you'll do
Sales & delivery: Build enterprise pipeline, close design partner deals, and own end-to-end execution from discovery to referenceable revenue; build financial models alongside CFOs to prove ROI
Growth strategy: Shape market segmentation, pricing, positioning, go-to-market playbook, and international expansion beyond the Nordics; collaborate with founders on product-market fit and competitive messaging
Team building: Hire and develop the early commercial organization as we scale from design partners to repeatable revenue
About you
Top tier investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy background with heavy financial modelling experience and understanding of enterprise finance
Credible with senior finance leaders — analytical and strategic enough to build business cases, hands-on enough to embed with customers and run demos
Based in Helsinki or willing to relocate
Bonus: EPM/BI tools experience; startup or scale-up GTM experience; multi-market expansion experience
