Make curiosity addictive

At Fluxion, great design doesn’t just make things usable — it makes people want to explore. You’ll design interactions that invite curiosity, reward experimentation, and help users build intuition as they model, simulate, and ask “what if?”. The goal is not novelty, but momentum: reducing friction just enough that insight feels one step away.

You’ll work hands-on with founders, engineers, and customers to turn complexity into clarity.

What you’ll do

  • Lead product design from discovery to shipped features

  • Design interaction patterns for grid + graph-based modelling workflows

  • Run customer workshops and usability sessions with real enterprise users

  • Define and evolve Fluxion’s design system and visual language

  • Partner with engineers and AI teammates to design human-AI collaboration

About you

  • Experience designing complex B2B, data-heavy, or analytical products

  • Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills

  • Comfortable working closely with customers and iterating fast

  • Hands-on, collaborative, and excited by ambiguity
